How to install the MoveMate plugin in ChatGPT

MoveMate: Gym Workout Tracker is a ChatGPT plugin. It lets ChatGPT read the workouts you log in the MoveMate app, track your progress and personal records, and schedule new workouts that appear in the app. Setup takes about a minute and is done once.

Install in 4 steps

    Open the plugin page

    Select Open the MoveMate plugin in ChatGPT above, or open the link chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6a7b250ad83c8191a519b763350af4e9. It's MoveMate's official listing in the ChatGPT plugin directory.

    Select Install plugin

    On the listing, select Install plugin (or the + button).

    Sign in with MoveMate

    ChatGPT asks you to connect your MoveMate account. Sign in with the account you use in the app and approve access. No account yet? Create one in the MoveMate app first.

    Start a new chat

    Open a new chat and ask about your training. Type @MoveMate to call the plugin directly.

The plugin page didn't open?

  1. In ChatGPT, open Plugins in the sidebar.
  2. Search for MoveMate.
  3. Open MoveMate: Gym Workout Tracker and select Install plugin.

Questions

ChatGPT says it can't find the MoveMate plugin. What do I do?
Open the plugin page directly at chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6a7b250ad83c8191a519b763350af4e9, or open Plugins in the ChatGPT sidebar and search for MoveMate. Search inside a chat doesn't always return every listed plugin, but the listing and installing from it work.
Is the MoveMate plugin free?
Yes. The plugin and the MoveMate app are free. On the free plan the assistant can keep up to 10 upcoming planned workouts and add up to 10 saved workouts and 20 custom exercises; MoveMate Pro removes these limits.
Which ChatGPT plans can use it?
OpenAI decides which plugins are available on each plan, region and workspace. If you see Plugins in the ChatGPT sidebar, you can install MoveMate there. In a Business or Enterprise workspace, an admin may need to allow it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Installing is easiest on a computer; once installed, MoveMate works in the ChatGPT mobile app too. The MoveMate app itself is on iPhone and Android.
What can the plugin see?
Only the MoveMate account you connect: your profile and body stats, training history, stats and records, and your saved and planned workouts. Never your password or payment details. ChatGPT asks before it saves, schedules or changes a workout.
How do I disconnect it?
From MoveMate's AI settings, or in ChatGPT under Settings → Plugins. Disconnecting revokes access right away.
